You can change your mind and we understand it, so most items can be refunded.

For more information, please follow these steps: Right to retract The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the product (s) ordered, date shown on the carrier's receipt as proof, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision.

SHOPPINY.COM reimburses the customer at the latest within fourteen days from the communication of its decision of withdrawal or the date of receipt of the product (s) by SHOPPINY.COM, or the date on which the Customer provides proof of shipment of products). SHOPPINY.COM proceeds to the reimbursement using the same means of payment as that used by the Client for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

 

In any event, this reimbursement does not entail any costs for the Client. In order for the right of withdrawal to be validly exercised: the withdrawal must come from the same email address used for the order The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the product (s).
